Emily Zarse was born in 1981 in Ohio. In 2005, she received a BA in costume and textile history from Cornell University. Zarse has been included in various exhibitions including “Re: Birth” at Spilt Milk Gallery, Edinburgh Scotland, “Painting at Night” at Fort Houston Gallery, Nashville Tennessee and “Fantastic Fibers” at the Yeiser Art Center Paducah, KY. Zarse currently lives in Bloomington, Indiana and is a MFA candidate at Indiana University.
